Take a drive to the eastern side of Tutuila to see Aunu’u island—a boat trip away. Visit Pola Island and the US National park on the north shore of of Tutuila island. Samoa
Where time literally begins, Independent Samoa is where the international dateline begins and Upolu Island is where it starts. Located on Upolu, Apia is a bustling city and largest in the Samoan islands. From Faleolo Airport located on the western tip of Upolu, it’s a 45 minute bus or taxi ride into town. Inter Island Airways also provides free shuttle service to/from downtown Apia for ticketed passengers. Advise an Inter Island Airways Travel Agent if you need pick-up service from our Apia office to Faleolo airport one day before your flight.
